4. Payments and Billing
All purchases are final and require valid payment information. You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment.
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. I do not store your credit card information.
Payment plans, if offered:
- Must be paid in full
- Cannot be canceled mid-term
- Will incur automatic charges until the plan is complete
If a payment fails, access to the course may be suspended until updated payment information is provided.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the standard refund policy is:
- Digital courses: All sales are final due to the immediate access to course materials.
- Coaching sessions: Refunds or rescheduling are available with at least 24 hours’ notice.
You may request a refund only if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved.
6. Coaching Sessions
If your purchase includes a coaching or consulting session:
- Sessions are booked via Calendly or another scheduling tool
- You are responsible for showing up on time
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed sessions or late arrivals may be forfeited
- Sessions may be recorded only with mutual consent
Consulting and coaching services do not guarantee specific business results.
7. No Guarantees
The course provides educational content and tools intended to support brand strategy development. While every effort is made to offer high-quality guidance, I do not guarantee specific financial, branding, or business outcomes.
Your results depend on your own decisions, market conditions, and application of the material.
8. Technology and Availability
The Site is hosted by Thinkific. I am not responsible for:
- Site downtime or outages
- Third-party technical issues
- Loss of progress due to internet or device problems
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the necessary requirements.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Violations may result in removal from the course without refund.
